I loved my stay at ROOST in Tampa. The staff was very welcoming and the hospitality was the best I have experienced! If you are looking for a clean and safe place to stay, you need to stay here. The location is in a perfect spot that is surrounded by walkable restaurants and even is in walking distance to the Amalie Arena.

I stayed at Roost for a week, and ABSOLUTELY loved it. The hotel is well-designed, and the staff is professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. The rooms are stocked with everything you could need if you need to stay for more than a weekend, and it’s obvious that the design team really thought about the layout of the rooms. On top of it being a high quality hotel, it’s in the perfect location on Water Street - right in the middle of plenty of restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. I look forward to staying there again, and I will continue to tell visiting friends and family to stay!

My stay at Roost on Waterstreet in Tampa was truly exceptional. The extended stay experience was everything I hoped for and more. The location was fantastic, with easy access to all that Tampa has to offer. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and felt like a home away from home. What truly stood out, though, was the impeccable service. The staff at Roost went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly attending to any requests, their hospitality was outstanding. The amenities, from the fitness center to the rooftop terrace, were impressive, and the cleanliness of the entire property was top-notch. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient extended stay in Tampa, Roost on Water Street is the perfect choice. I can't recommend it enough!

Roost Tampa is an incredibly designed, amazingly staffed, and superb experience! Spacious rooms, thoughtful amenities, and friendly, helpful staff made for a great week in the heart of Tampa. 7th floor deserves a 5 star rating, itself! Walking distance to the best restaurants and entertainment choices was a great bonus! Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼

Me & my wife stayed at the ROOST Tampa over New Years weekend & we absolutely loved it! Great location right on the strip surrounded by amazing restaurants all walking distance from the hotel. The staff was very friendly & very helpful. The parking situation was ideal. I’m very happy I chose the ROOST as our place to stay!
